1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Monarc website (usemonarc.com), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. About Monarc

Monarc is a security operations platform currently in development. The website serves as an informational and waitlist registration platform. No live product access is offered at this time.

3. Use of This Website

You may use this site for lawful purposes only. You must not use it to transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content, attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system, or misrepresent your identity or affiliation.

6. Disclaimers

This website and its content are provided "as is". Monarc makes no warranties regarding accuracy, completeness, or availability of any content. Product features and timelines are subject to change.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Monarc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website.

8. Acceptable Use

Monarc's security tools are designed for authorised use only. Any scanning, testing, or security analysis must only be performed on systems you own or have explicit written permission to test. Unauthorised use is strictly prohibited and may be unlawful.

9. Monarc Voice

Monarc Voice is in development. When it is provided, Monarc provides the service; the customer configures the call flow, business information, escalation rules, and recording settings. The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the business information given to the service and for the lawfulness of their calling, and should confirm those obligations with their own advisers. Call handling depends on telephony carriers and networks outside Monarc's control; availability is not absolute. The service is designed to escalate to a human for cases the customer defines, and is not a substitute for emergency services. Monarc processes call data on the customer's instructions; the customer is the controller of that data.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. For customers accessing the platform from India, applicable Indian laws including the Information Technology Act 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 (DPDP Act) may also apply. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE unless otherwise required by applicable local law.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
