You may only use Monarc to scan, monitor, or analyse systems and assets for which you have explicit authorisation. Scanning systems you do not own or do not have written permission to test is strictly prohibited.

2. Prohibited Activities

You must not use Monarc to:
- Conduct unauthorised security testing or penetration testing
- Attempt to access systems, networks, or data without permission
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Interfere with or disrupt third-party services or infrastructure

3. Responsibility

You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of Monarc complies with all applicable laws and that you have obtained all necessary permissions before conducting any scans or assessments.

4. Enforcement

Violation of this policy may result in immediate termination of access and may be reported to relevant authorities.
