Akilesh Nairy is the founder and CEO of Monarc. He started Monarc in February 2026 after watching too many companies — smart, capable teams — get blindsided by security risks they couldn't see, simply because the tools available were either built for massive enterprise security teams or too fragmented to give anyone a clear picture.
He is building Monarc to become one of the best cybersecurity companies in the world, with a focus on making serious security simple enough for any team to actually use.
